As one of our most popular styles, the Foundation Jacket is a versatile piece of skiwear made for days on the mountain. Weve built this jacket with bold, sport-inspired Obermeyer design, as well as high-performance technology like HydroBlock Pro fabric and Skier Critical seam sealing.

SPECS

Everyday durability to keep the elements at bay.

To protect against the elements on your coldest days, weve added 100gm insulation to the body and 80gm insulation in the sleeves. Reinforced shoulders provide rugged, everyday durability. All of this combines with REPREVE fibers, with each Foundation Jacket containing 11 plastic bottles worth of recycled material.

TECHNOLOGY

HydroBlock System

High performance specialty fabrics use fully coated hydrophobic laminations and a superior DWR polymer coating for stain protection and coating integrity. HydroBlock Sport resists up to 15,000mm before water penetration while allowing 15,000 grams of water vapor to pass through within a 24-hour time frame.
