Sticky Korean-style chicken wings - serves 4
Prep time: 10 mns + 30 mins to marinate
Cooking time: 40-45 mins
Ingredients
1750g Chicken wings
1 Bottle Korean chilli BBQ marinade
Toasted sesame seeds & sliced spring onion to garnish (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 220C/Fan 200C/ Gas 6.
1. In a large bowl, evenly coat the chicken wings with 2/3 of the bottle of marinade.
Marinate for a minimum of 30 mins.
2. Place on an oiled bak shelf of the oven and cook for 35-40 mins, turning halfway.
3. Remove fring tray and place on the om the oven, generously brush the wings with the remainmiddleing sauce and return to the oven for 5 mins.
4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onion. Check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.
